Apple 前 CEO Steve Jobs 生前在發布會演講時多次說到「One More Thing (還有一件事)」暗示新產品即將登場，而瑞士手錶品牌 Swatch 曾想將“One More Thing” 標語註冊，被 Apple 指是惡意的模仿行為，日前，英國法院裁定 “One More Thing” 並非 Apple 專用。
Apple CEO Tim Cook 在 2015 年 Apple Watch 的發布會，重新引用了 Steve Jobs 的 “One More Thing” 作系列主題。Apple指，瑞士手錶品牌 Swatch 試圖註冊同一句子是在試圖模仿蘋果，更指 Swatch 的舉動是具有惡意。
法官 Lain Purvis 表示， Apple 未能提出有關模仿例子佐證，裁定 “One More Thing” 並非 Apple 專用。法官又指 “One More Thing” 的真正的出處或許是經典美劇《哥倫布探長》（Columbo），因此 Apple 不能「獨佔」“One More Thing”。
Apple、Swatch 由 2015 年開始的手錶命名戰。當年 Apple 推出自家的手錶產品時，Swatch 阻止 Apple 將其手錶產品命名為 “iWatch” ，因為 Swatch 已有名為 “iSwatch” 的產品，兩者的糾紛還延伸至其他商標，包括 Swatch 註冊的 Tick Different (與眾不同)，令人很容易想起 Apple 的口號“Think Different” (非同凡想)。
